Darren was the main antagonist of chapter One. He kidnapped Lady Ashen's daughter, starting the whole quest. He was the Chapter boss of chapter one and two. He once worked with Legion's Ressurection, but decided he wanted to go off on his own. His sole purpose is to kill Ashen, because her family killed his father. In the end, he kills Ashen's whole family except her and her daughter.

Darren served as the main antagonist of Chapter One. His lifelong hate of Lady Ashen caused him to kidnap her daughter, Cassidy, starting the whole quest. Darren sent many other obstacles to hurdle Ashen and the other heroes from reaching their objective such as Gerosin, Sir Homkronite, and red and blue Gargoyles. Darren finally kidnapped Ashen herself, however she broke out of Darren's prisons and battled him. Alferion, Fravir, and others soon aided her and they held him off till sunrise. Later, while the heroes venture through the Tower of Digrestor, Ashen challenges Darren solo yet again. The heroes then again battle Darren and defeat him in the final battle of the Chapter
Darren is the chapter boss of Chapter Two. Raphores, Brendan's father, had been consumed by his darker side, which caused him to reveal the darkness inside him near the end of the chapter which tunred out to be Darren, but reformed. The heroes had a tougher time dealing with him, but they all agreed that since this was the essence of Brendan's father, Brendan should fight him and defeat his darkness. The battle raged on, and soon enough, Brendan delivered the final blow onto Darren. His body dematerialized, and Brendan's father, Raphores, was still ok. Only this time, he was caring for his son.
